The Ipsylon Restaurant & Bar offers a smart and cosmopolitan environment, ideal for mingling and socializing. A variety of leisure and dining options are available all day long. At night “Le Diner du Chef” is the proposed culinary experience, a set tasting menu, in which seafood and fish are central to the concept, that varies on a daily basis and consists of a succession of exquisite and superb dishes, all served with matching wines.

At this welcoming space, guests are tempted with exhilarating cocktails, to taste and share with canapés along with a good glass of wine, or to sweeten up the day with our popular scones and sweet tapas.
