• Payment due 15 days prior to check in
• After payment a penalty fee of 70% of the package price will be charged
• No shows will have a penalty equivalent to the full amount of the stay reserved, including extra services reserved (spa, meals) and will be charged in the Credit Card indicated at the Reservation.
• If for climatic reasons, security or other outside the control of The Oitavos:
  - the helicopter ride from The Oitavos to Tróia should be cancelled, preventing the round at Tróia Golf, the guest will be refunded in 30% of the package price and the golf round will take place at Oitavos Dunes.
  - the helicopter ride back from Tróia is cancelled,The Oitavos ensures guest’s return by car
